Stir Fry Bowl
Stir fry bowls are one of the best go-to meals on the Daniel Fast, and easy to customize to your taste preference.
Stir fry is also quick to put together (especially if you have rice already prepared) making it a great option for lunch or dinner.
You can eat vegetables by themselves, or serve over your whole grain of choice such as:

Quinoa
Bulgur
You can steam vegetables or stir fry. If you stir fry, you’ll have to use some form of oil to prevent sticking and be able to cook effectively. Try a high quality olive oil, avocado oil, or sesame oil.
