3 Salads For Your Daniel Fast Meal Plan with Salad Dressings

Salad is a staple of any Daniel Fast meal plan. After a few days, you may barely be able to look at a piece of lettuce after eating so much salad for lunch and dinner! The key to continue enjoying salad throughout your Daniel Fast is to mix up the contents and toppings regularly. Below are three ideas for hearty Daniel Fast salad recipes combinations.

There are also three salad dressing recipes. Many pre-made salad dressings contain fillers and preservatives. Although it takes a few extra minutes, making your own salad dressing from home is much healthier and more pure when fasting.

The recipes below do not contain specific amounts of ingredients, because all can be customized to taste and it depends how many servings you are making. Making salad in bulk provides multiple meals and saves prep time. When I’m on a Daniel Fast I always double or triple the amount of salad I make to eat for lunch the next day or a side for dinner the following night.
